Custom T-Shirts
Inkjet Transfer: These are full color transfers printed on an inkjet printer. The transfers I use are commercial grade (not what you would find in a craft or fabric store). These transfers will actually stretch with the fabric, so there is no cracking or peeling. They produce a very "soft hand", which is to say, you cannot feel the difference between the printed and unprinted portion of the tee. The printed design will last through many washings without fading. For use on white shirts only.

Custom Cut Garment Vinyl: Garment vinyl comes in many colors, and even some patterns. There are several different grades of vinyl. I use a very thin vinyl that produces a very "soft hand". The result is a design that looks and feels like high quality screen printing. Text and designs are laid out in a graphics software program, and then a mirror image is sent to my cutting plotter. Once the plotter has cut the design or text, I "weed out" the background, leaving just the text or design on the clear backing sheet. It is now ready to be pressed on the t-shirt or garment. This material can be used on any color t-shirt. It's also the preferred method for adding names and numbers to uniforms. Designs should be limited to 3 colors.

Screen Printing: When the quantity of shirts to be printed reaches 25 - 30, it becomes more economical to screen print the design or text. However, keep in mind that the more colors your design contains, the more costly the job becomes. Cost for this method varies. I have a large number of stock designs that can be modified to suit your project -- this helps keep the cost down. Of course, I can also work with your custom design.
