All sales are final. Because I create custom items, I do not accept returns. Of course, I want you to be completely satisfied with your items, so please do call if you find a problem with anything.
Full payment is due at the time of the order. Because materials and designs are created specifically for each order, I do not issue refunds for cancelled orders.
Payment can be made by check or cash. If you wish to pay by credit card, request an electronic PayPal invoice. Please note: you do NOT need to have a PayPal account to process your credit card payment.
Orders can also be placed by phone, or e-mail. You can will-call your order in Castro Valley, or have it shipped.
